Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days of payment. Pre-orders will ship once stock arrives—estimated dates are listed on product pages.

• We ship via Australia Post or a trusted courier.

Packaging & Protection
All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in collector-worthy condition. We use protective packaging for delicate or boxed items.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once shipped, delays are out of our control, but we’ll help where we can. If your parcel is missing, please contact us and we’ll investigate.
