Return Policy – Imperial Grounds Collectables

We want you to love your collectables! Please read our return policy carefully:

All Sales Final
Due to the nature of collectables, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll need:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Return Shipping
If a return is approved, instructions will be provided. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the error was ours.

Pre-Owned & Vintage Items
These items may show signs of age or wear. We do our best to describe them accurately—please review all photos and details before purchase.
